Finally… The first vid of my stage design of a pavilion for a recent tour. The challenge was to develop a setup that could be build in many different locations and could still be recognized as the same event. The “Bedouin Tent”, how it was called most of the time, consisted of a center stage, 14 triangular sails and six trusspoles which could be moved in position depending on the location. The triangles are derived from the event communication and are positioned in a way that they cross each other, creating sort of a breaking look. As most of my setups the show was mostly driven by lots of video and 12 moving heads.
